The khimar is made with a head tie.

The chiffon khimars (if chosen) may be worn ontop of an abayah and are opaque due to having two layers. However please keep in mind that the lighter colours may still be a little transparent. The wool peach khimars can be worn over an abayah or a jilbab as they are opaque. 

Chiffon will be two layers front and back 

Wool peach will be 2 layers back and one layer front
